Our Guarantees on Window Blinds and
Shades:
We realize mistakes may occur - if we
make the mistake we will repair or replace
at no charge to you. We have very precise
window blinds and window shades measuring
and installing instructions that, if
followed, will prevent any order mistakes
- if you have any questions concerning
measuring please call our toll free
number 888-608-8468. If the customer
makes a mistake in measuring or ordering,
depending on the type of error, you
may return the product for alteration
for a small fee or you may have it remade
at a discount. Your remake discount
on Basswood and Bamboo products is 15%
off your normal purchasing price. Because
our window blinds and window shades
are made to order and production usually
begins the day after an order is placed
any changes or cancellations must occur
within one business day. If the order
has already started in production there
will be an additional charge for any
change. Color Disclaimer
Due to variances on color monitors, you must
request free samples of window blinds and
window shades prior to ordering, if color
is important to you. We will only guarantee
your satisfaction if color samples were ordered
and received prior to placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any
color related issues without samples being
ordered.
Wood Blinds - Due to the color variation in
natural wood products we cannot guarantee
the matching color of wood blinds or shades
if not all ordered at once.
Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds
Since all our products are custom made to your specifications,
cancellation or changes can only be made before production begins.
We usually process orders placed after noon the very next business morning.
Please be sure to communicate your change or cancellation request to us in
writing and verbally as quickly as possible. Your order is not cancelled
until you receive a confirmation number from us.
Damaged
or Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order, immediately open
and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing
defect or shipping damage of window blinds
or window shades. If you find your product
damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
If the product requires replacement, you will
be given an Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number and shipping address to return
the products. Returns must have an RMA number
for refund or exchange.
Our concern is customer satisfaction if for
any reason you have a problem with your order
please call us to discuss and we will do all
that we can to make it work for you. If you
are not satisfied within 30 days we will issue
an RMA number and it is the customer's responsibility
to ship the window blinds or window shades
back to us in original like-new condition.
No returns or exchanges will be made without
the RMA number on the box. |
